TRIP Description
The famous Mud Hen paddle, scheduled almost annually since 2007, is on the calendar for 2024, weather and water level cooperating, of course.  It's a fun, short paddle on the "small-but-free" Lake McIntosh in Longmont.  The photos, with snow-covered Longs Peak and Meeker Peek to the west will be stunning!.  The water birds in their spring breeding plumage can be stunning, too.
Rules
This is an ACA sanctioned event. All participants must wear a properly fitting and fastened PFD.
Annual or Event waivers required.  Please complete our easy-to-use online waiver if you are a RMSKC member who has not signed a waiver within the last 12 months or a non-RMSKC participant. Add Smart Waiver with email address “noreply@smartwaiver.com” to your address book to ensure emails do not go to junk/spam. Respond to the “Confirm your E-Signature” email from ACA to confirm your email address.  Wavier is now complete and valid. You will receive a confirmation email. Please download and print a copy of the waiver and bring it to the trip put-in.
